2. TECHNICAL COOKIES

The site www.conciliumcosmetics.com (hereinafter also ‘Site’) makes use of strictly necessary and essential cookies for the use of the GP DERMAL SOLUTION S.R.L. portal by the User. These cookies, in fact, allow the User to navigate the Site, to consult the different sections of the Site, as well as to benefit from the services offered through it. This category includes cookies that automatically recognize the language used by the User, those that facilitate online purchases, and those that allow for more efficient facilitation and protection of electronic payments.

3. ANALYTICAL COOKIES

The Site's server, also through cookies, automatically records certain information about the User, aimed at carrying out statistical operations. It is specified that Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics, like other systems, uses cookies to allow the Site to analyze how users use it. The information generated by the cookie about the User's use of the Site - including the IP address - will be transmitted to and stored on Google's servers in the United States. Google will use this information to track and examine the use of the Site, compile reports on its activities, and provide other services related to Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the aforementioned information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the User's IP address with any other data held by Google.

The Site manager is not subject to the obligations and requirements set forth by the regulations (banner and notification) because it adopts tools suitable for reducing significant portions of the IP address. 4. PROFILING COOKIES

On the Site, it is also possible to find social buttons/widgets, that is, those particular "buttons" depicting the icons of social networks (Facebook and Instagram). These "buttons" allow Users who are browsing the Site to reach and interact with the social networks directly with a click. Thanks to the click on the Social buttons/widgets, the social network acquires data related to the User's visit to the Site and simultaneously releases its profiling cookies. Always with reference to the Klaviyo application, the information retrieved therein is used for customer segmentation in order to set up an effective email marketing plan, only where the User consents to the processing of data for this purpose and accepts the relevant cookies:
