1. Get enough sleep

Getting enough sleep every night is very important for the health and beauty of our skin (and in general for our psychophysical well-being). If you struggle to fall asleep and are unable to sleep peacefully, the following morning you will certainly have seen more pronounced dark circles under your eyes and duller-looking skin with a greyish complexion. This happens because in the absence of sleep, our body reduces the production of collagen, the main element responsible for young, fresh and compact skin.

If you struggle to fall asleep it is important that you take care of this difficulty. There are several viable solutions to try to stem the situation: spray to spray on the pillow or in the room, taking chamomile or yoga to relax completely.


2. Expose yourself to the sun with caution

The sun's rays are certainly very beneficial for our health: in particular they help us produce vitamin D and regulate our body's sleep-wake rhythms. However, the sun can also become a real threat to our skin if we expose ourselves to it during the hottest hours and without adequate protection. In fact, sun rays can stimulate the production of free radicals, responsible for the appearance of wrinkles and sun spots. For this reason you must always expose yourself in moderation and taking care to previously apply a cream that can act as a shield from the sun's rays.


3. Moisturize your skin every day

To maintain young and elastic skin it is essential to keep it hydrated. Skin hydration is achieved through a face cream that meets the needs of your skin, i.e. nourishing and hydrating at the right level. An important ingredient to look for to postpone the appearance of wrinkles as much as possible is vitamin C. The latter is an ingredient with an effective lightening action, perfect for skin blemishes. It is also able to instantly illuminate the complexion making it fresher and more radiant.

Another form of hydration comes from the inside, through the intake of water. Drinking at least two liters of water a day is important for the health and well-being of your entire body.


4. Avoid smoking and alcohol

We all know that smoking and alcohol are bad for our body, but what we often don't think about is how much these bad habits are also bad for our skin. In fact, alcohol causes dehydration, thus favoring less elastic skin with several wrinkles. When alcohol intake becomes more problematic and the liver is affected, the risk is to also see spots, swelling and generalized redness appear on the skin.

The specks also appear in case of smoking. This bad habit can also be traced back to a dull complexion and an increase in fine lines surrounding the lips.
